A good book

I love this book......It's clear, ev. based written and very uptodt. (last biblio voices end 014).
It's a little bit different in comparison to Parrillo's work, the last one is more practical and has a good internet support.
This, anyway, it's not a "terrible" problem....... the Hall, also without an informatic support is fantastic,....'couse if the contents of a med. book are outstending the internet supp. is negligible.
A lot of items are written by exp. Opinion in the field, i.e. the post surgery problems and the care of acute patients with infectious diseases.
I think that the Hall and Parrillo txtbooks may be complementary for a good theorical step in the field.
